Occupy Portland enters second day

Occupy Portland is in day 2 as a few hundred Portlanders continue to camp out in Chapman Park. The road running through the park is blocked off on either end by protesters waving banners supporting a number of causes. Portland, OR, USA, 07/10/2011.

A meeting will be held today at 4:30pm to determine whether the protesters will be allowed to remain in the park. The Portland marathon occurs this Sunday and it seems and talks will happen to ascertain whether the occupation can continue without affecting the marathon and vice-versa.
